Nitrogen Evaporators

Organomation's nitrogen evaporators (N-EVAPs) are extremely well suited for numerous sample preparation methodologies. We have created a diverse product line with instruments ranging from six to forty-five sample positions. Our nitrogen evaporators utilize adjustable nitrogen blow down technology allowing full control of nitrogen flow to samples, with no wasted nitrogen gas. We combine this technology with uniform efficient heat applied through either water or dry baths.  This simultaneously maximizes solvent evaporation in the samples being concentrated and saves the lab money.  Our instruments are the most reliable in the field, but if they ever do break down, we provide affordable repair services for all of our instruments and baths.  Please continue to our catalog for more information regarding our nitrogen evaporator products.

Organomation is proud to unveil our most advanced nitrogen evaporator yet, our automated 20 position N-EVAP which can generate its own nitrogen with the use of only a clean air compressor. No more changing out costly nitrogen tanks, this generator will pay for itself. This unit automatically removes samples from the heating medium and turns off the nitrogen and heat once the timed cycle has been completed, minimizing the chances of losing or damaging your samples. Organomation's MULTIVAPs are used in numerous sample preparation methodologies. The nine, thirty, forty-eight and eighty position units are available in high temperature dry block models, while the sixty-four and one hundred position models utilize our classic water bath to maximize sample evaporation. Nitrogen gas is delivered to each sample via individual stainless steel needles connected to the hand built gas distribution manifold. MICROVAPs and MICRO-TITERs 

Organomation's MICRO-TITERs and MICROVAPs are used in numerous sample preparation methodologies. These instruments are light, compact and digitally controlled for ease of use.  They are available in a single bay 96 well micro-plate model, or a triple bay 96 well micro-plate model. These instruments are designed for controlled evaporation of small samples. Our MICROVAPs come with either 15 or 24 positions and work great if your test tubes are under 22mm for the 15 position, and under 17mm for the 24 position.
