Preventative Maintenance: 
Our preventative maintenance service includes calibration of heating units, verification of gas flow throughout the system, and replacement of designated wear parts. The exact scope of work will differ depending on your instrument model. This service is designed for units that are in good working condition in order to prolong their life and keep them running smoothly. PM is recommended every 1-2 years depending on instrument usage.

Repair Services: 
Our repair service includes the restoration or replacement of any faulty parts in order to get your instrument back up and running to minimize interruptions. We strive to handle all emergency service calls within 24 to 48 hours so you can resume your operation as soon as possible. To request an instrument repair, please fill out our repair request form and one of our technicians will contact you.

Elite Service Plan: 
This is an annual maintenance contract covering PM and emergency repairs. The plan includes one annual PM visit, emergency field service for qualified urgent issues, and priority phone or depot services for non-urgent or minor issues. All part, labor, and travel costs are included. This service plan is designed only for units that are in good working condition.

Equipment Installations:
Installation services include a trained technician unboxing your new equipment, setting it up, connecting it to an existing gas or water source if needed, and a comprehensive training on the instrument's usage.
